The problem is the alarm : (A011) The ring up/down encoder is not running, you have to check when the alarm trigger, I need know if the carriage can be move or no, in any case I suggest you to go on the machine on top you can find the encoder to check the movement carriage up and down, you can detach this encoder from the shaft and try to rotate the small shaft of the encoder with your hand and at the same time check the PLC inputs, after this you can restore the encoder and to check if the problem is still or is disappeared.
